Any personal information or anything that can be used to identify an individual, not limited to the person's name, address, date of birth, marital status, contact information, key and entrance codes that is collected, is kept confidential and is on a need to know basis and never shared with anyone outside the company.  Door Keys do not have names or property listed on them.
